Earlier this week, in conjunction with the beginning of March Madness, Coors Light announced they would be releasing beer-flavored popsicles!
In a statement provided to Food & Wine, Marcelo Pascoa, the vice president of marketing for the Coors Family of Brands said, "Every point, slam dunk, assist and block puts you on the edge of your seat, but a taste of a Coors Light Coors-icle will bring you back to a moment of chill.
“We're making sure that fans watching the games at home or at bars nationwide can cool down with a Coors-icle."
Unfortunately, downing a couple of popsicles won’t have the same effect as drinking a six pack of the real thing as the frozen treats are non-alcoholic.
The limited-edition Coors Light Coors-icles will be available at more than 800 bars throughout the United States from now until the NCAA tournament ends, though you can purchase your own through Coors Light's online shop.
