Dallas and Fort Worth are in the top 15 cities for best tippers

The list was based on over 450,000 online orders.

It's been almost two years since the pandemic shuttered thousands of bars and restaurants. Once the country started slowly re-opening, service industry workers were scraping by to make ends meet. Those who could afford to tip generously did just that.

A new list from Popmenu ranked the 20 best cities in the U.S. for being magnanimous when leaving gratuity. The factored in 450,000 online orders from the past six months and another 1,000 consumer surveys from the month of October.
