Just what the heck is going on at the Dallas Zoo?
We went from a leopard being let out of her enclosure, to the terrible death of a beloved vulture, and now this, a couple of emperor tamarin monkeys have gone missing, and zoo officials believe they have been stolen!

The monkeys were found missing from their enclosure on Monday, and after a preliminary investigation, the Dallas Police Department found the habitat had been “intentionally cut open,” and at this time, “it is believed the animals were intentionally taken from the enclosure.”
According to the Dallas Zoo, the monkeys would most likely “stay close to home<’ but after a thorough search near their habitat and across Zoo grounds they were not located.
Per CBS News, the police did not provide any details on who they believe may have taken the monkeys, but said their investigation is ongoing.
