Halloween fans take the fall holiday very seriously. While some begin planning costumes months in advance, others dedicate the entire month of October to spooky fun. Luckily for Halloween fanatics, one DFW bar has decided to transform into a Halloween pop up bar for the entire month of October.

The Ill Minster Pub in Uptown Dallas recently announced plans to become the “Kill Minster Pub” next month. The bar is no stranger to themed pop ups, previously transforming into bars dedicated to ‘Star Wars,’ ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Nightmare Before Christmas.’ The transformation will include turning all the interior lights red, along with props and references to films such as ‘Scream,’ ‘Halloween,’ ‘Friday the 13th,’ ‘Nightmare on Elm St’ and ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre.’

Of course, the month long pop up will also feature specialty drinks, photo opportunities and special events such as costume contests. According to Dallas Culture Map, the bar is located at 2600 Cedar Springs Rd. and will become a Halloween bar starting October 1. For any Halloween fanatic, this is something they will definitely want to check out.
