Every child with siblings on Earth is convinced that their parents have a favorite child, and every parent on Earth constantly tries to convince them that they have no favorite, and love their children equally.

Well, it appears that that is just not the case, and all parents actually DO have a favorite child.

A study from sociologist Katherine Conger found that 74% of mothers and 70% of fathers reported "preferential treatment toward one child."

According to YourTango, Conger however, feels that at the end of the day, most children are biased one way or the other, and that "Everyone feels their brother or sister is getting a better deal."
