ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The storms last Friday night and early Saturday morning that knocked out power to thousands of people in the St. Louis area also made for some wild weather video.
Extreme weather photographer Dan Robinson of StormHighway.com captured the incredible high-definition video during the storm when six TV towers were hit simultaneously, with one lightning flash. The single flash produced six strikes at once.
The video also shows in-cloud and downward positive cloud-to-ground lightning flashes.
Robinson has been shooting extreme weather videos for decades and last year captured the Arch being struck three times by lightning:
