ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Video shows an odd scene that quickly escalated outside Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis as a uniformed officer drew his gun on a man riding a horse Saturday night.

Few details about the incident are known, as police said they are "aware of the incident and an internal investigation is ongoing," in a statement to KSDK.
A small crowd is seen gathered, as the officer is talking with the shirtless man on a horse. The officer walks away, then returns seconds later and immediately pulls his weapon and points it at the man and the horse.
The man on the horse puts his hand on his waistband, then the officer grabs his hand and pulls it away. According to the report, the man had a weapon.
The officer eventually pulls him off the horse, but the man doesn't let go of the reins. The officer again points his gun at the man, but the man turns and runs off with his horse in hand.
