Firefighters put out flames at commercial building in Hollywood

Flames damaged a two-story commercial building in Hollywood Monday morning.

The fire was reported at 4:30 a.m. at 6842 W. Sunset Blvd., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department's Nicholas Prange.

Flames were showing from the vacant building when the 34 firefighters arrived, Prange said.

It was out in 14 minutes with no report of injuries, he said.
