Rebel Wilson reveals original career plan with throwback photo: 'I ended up being way too short'

Rebel Wilson is sharing new details about her past future goals with her fans.

While the world knows Wilson for her role in “Pitch Perfect,” she is now revealing that her plan was never to act on the big screen.

In an Instagram post, the 40-year-old shared that she dreamed of being a professional tennis player.

“I don’t know whether you guys know but one of my original career choices was to be a professional tennis player,” Wilson began. “I ended up being way too short (and also not good enough) but geeesh I used to love being a beast on the court!”

When looking at the throwback photo, it appears that Wilson has brown hair and is wearing a tennis outfit that includes a matching white skirt and polo T-shirt.

Wilson is very vocal about her personal life on social media and has shared intimate details about her weight loss journey.

Earlier this month, the actress spoke out about losing weight and how she is coping following her split from boyfriend, Jacob Busch.

The star went on a “Year of Health” journey during which, she dropped an impressive 60 pounds.

“I would often go on little diets and things and try to lose a few pounds here and there… This is the first time I haven’t gained any weight back,” the actress said.

Now newly single, Wilson first announced her split from boyfriend Jacob Busch, 29, on Instagram in early February.

“Any kind of breakup is hard and not ideal… I feel like, I don’t know if it’s turning 40 or coming into your own… I feel in a really good place,” the actress told the outlet. “I am so busy with work, doing ‘Pooch Perfect’ now, and I have three movies to shoot after this.”
