By Curt Lewis May 19, 2021
The Burleson police officer shot on the job just last month is recovering at home and last night he tossed out the ceremonial first pitch at the season opener of the Cleburne Railroaders.
On the morning of April 15th, officer Josh Lott was shot three times in the neck, chest and shoulder while making a traffic stop. He was sent home from the hospital just 38 hours later and has not yet returned to active duty.
Last night he was well enough to take the mound for the first pitch at The Depot at Cleburne Station.
