Travis Barker Reveals He's Writing New Music With Post Malone

A collaboration made in heaven?

They’re no strangers to one another, but the prospect of a collaboration is enough to draw excitement.

Blink-182’s Travis Barker and Post Malone teamed up a few weeks ago when Malone performed a 75-minute livestream set of Nirvana covers.

The performance ended up raising nearly $3 million for charity and spawned a new musical partnership.

In an interview with Spin, Barker revealed he and Malone have been writing new music together. The drummer was en route to Salt Lake City, Utah “to just write for a week with him [Post Malone].”

Barker added the two wanted to “just jam and have fun.” While he didn’t reveal whether or not their jam sessions will progress past that, the possibility of an album is certainly an enticing prospect.
