Trigger Warning: Sexual Assault

Kodak Black was charged with the alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl in 2016. He was originally indicted in South Carolina on a felony charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct. The alleged assault took place in February 2016. The victim attended his concert at Treasure City. The two met, and she (and a friend) later accompanied the rapper and someone else to his hotel room at a Comfort Inn and Suites according to reports. She told police that she and the rapper went into a separate room and was attacked for nearly two hours. She said he told her he “couldn’t help himself” as she screamed and tried to push him off her.

His attorneys told TMZ that he took a plea deal to "put the case behind him." The rapper did admit in court that he bit the victim.

He was given a 10-year suspended prison sentence and was placed on an 19-month supervised state probation. He will not be allowed to use drugs, drink alcohol or have guns and if he completes his probation, he won't go to prison.
