While some may have expected her to have grown up on Country music being from Nashville, Coco let us know that's not the case. Her dad, who "claims he was a DJ," really broadened her horizons and put her onto some legendary rappers.
"He would always be putting me on game to like OG rappers and album cuts of songs," she said.

When she thinks about her first time being exposed to Hip-Hop she instantly thought about Slick Rick's "Children's Story."
"I remember I was in the car with my siblings on the way to school and we heard that song and I just thought it was so cool," she said, rapping some of the adlibs "I love the storytelling and the characters... I love that lyricism," she revealed.
And if she could pick any rapper in the history of Hip-Hop to collab with, past or present -- she's choosing Tupac, hands down.
"I'm thinking Tupac, that was my dog. I really feel like I love the rawness and he wasn't afraid to really come for folks and I just like that," the "ICU" singer said.
