Believe it or not, Krispy Kreme is out here trying to HELP you with your New Year's Resolutions by giving out FREE mini doughnuts.
The sweet treats are coming in at 90 calories, and Krispy Kreme claims that a small treat can actually help you stay on track when it comes to eating healthy.
The giveaway is happening every Monday for the month of January from 4-7 p.m.
