In an effort to provide more recreational activities, especially for children, the California Department of Public Health is allowing for parks and playgrounds to reopen.
The decision applies to all counties regardless of their tier status according to the Los Angeles Times.
This does not include reopening for indoor playgrounds that are to remain closed under tier 1 and 2.
