Day 2 of Big Mic's "Meatless Mic Week" gets SPICY with Carls Jr's Beyond Burger

While my carnivorous soul may have missed my carne asada and carnitas tacos yesterday during Taco Tuesday, today I was actually excited to try Carl's Jr's Beyond Spicy BBQ Cheeseburger!  Have always loved the Western Bacon Cheeseburger (and their new spicy version) so had high hopes!  And after my breakfast below, I was definitely hungry LOL
