Veronica Jaime: Is Latina, born and raised in the Silicon Valley she believes "that you can have it all; a marriage of 15 years, mother of two phenomenal boys, one four legged fur ball, and a thriving business. We have been in the financial industry for over 14 years. We operate an organization of over 700 agents, which continues to grow. Our headquarters is located in San Jose, California, as well as numerous locations across the United States. My primary role as Chief Operations Officer entails overseeing the day to day operations, building and maintaining relationships, and instilling leadership skills to those within our firm. One of my goals is to impact other women or entrepreneurs as a whole, to get ahead of the game; especially as a woman winning in an industry that in years past was notably men driven. I aspire to live by the 5 F’s: Faith, Family, Finance, Fitness, and Fun.
