Ticketmaster has put out a statement changing their refund AND you might not be too happy about it.
Prior, their policy said that if a show is postponed or rescheduled, you could either use that ticket for the new date or get a full refund.
The new policy now states you can only get a refund if your event is canceled. And most events are pending a re-scheduled date.
People are not happy about this....
