California to continue to allow to-go cocktails following state reopening

While the Covid pandemic brought many restaurants and bars to a stand still, one change that was put into place to help them stay in business will remain after the state reopens on June 15th, and that is to-go cocktails! California Governor Gavin Newsome announced the news this afternoon on his Twitter.
