Justin Bieber revealed in the above Instagram post that he is suffering from Ramsay Hunt syndrome that has caused full paralysis on half of his face preventing which he noted prevents him from closing his eye and fully smiling. He notes that this is the reason for the cancellation of several of his upcoming shows so that he can rest, and also ensures that he will get better and is taking part in treatment and exercises to help him get back to where he need to be
