Sacramento County is among ten other California counties moving to the red tier on Wednesday according to the Sacramento Bee.
The other counties that are moving to the Red Tier include Lake, Monterey, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Sutter, Tehama, Tulare and Ventura.
