Sacramento Kings to Host Arco Arena Farewell this Saturday 3/19/2022

The event is described as “one last look” before construction begins to redevelop the 183-acre site. Demolition of the arena is set to take place within this year.

The event is free to the public, but requires registering online to receive tickets to attend.

Fun Facts about ARCO ARENA:

Arco Arena opened in November 1988. It was later known as Power Balance Pavilion and, finally, as Sleep Train Arena.

The Kings played their last game at the arena in April 2016.

In 2013, Kings fans broke the Guinness World Record for “Loudest Crowd in an Indoor Sports Stadium” at 126 decibels, according to the Sacramento Kings.
