May is Mental Health Awareness Month and it's important to me that we continue to talk about the importance of Mental Health.

My next guest is someone I've known since the 6th grade and she happens to be one of my best friends and is a "Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist" who's been and currently is helping a lot of People with mental health.

Meet "Rosalia Vargas" who's story will inspire you. She's 36 years old, born and raised in the east side of San Jose. She received her Bachelors degree from San Jose State University and her Masters from Santa Clara University. She works for a large hospital system in the child psychiatry department, She is the manager of the intensive outpatient program which offers treatment to children and teens that are high risk.
