Well, California is no stranger to high gas prices compared to the rest of the country, but they have now reached record breaking #'s as here in Sacramento the average cost of regular unleaded gas has exceeded $5.20 a gallon! And California as a whole is currently sitting at $5.343 a gallon, is the highest in the country with Hawaii being at $4.69 & and Nevada at $4.59.
