Simone Biles has the hardest flex : Because she can.

Watch her pull off a historic move in competition.

Over the years, it seems like the Olympic Great standard has been raised again and again; from Jesse Owens, to Carl Lewis, then no one thought Michael Phelps would be touched. Here we are now with Simone Biles – all 4’ 8” of her. She is only 24 years old and is already arguably the greatest Olympian we have ever seen, and she isn’t done.

She made that clear the other night. Biles completed a move that had never been done in women’s competition, the Yurchenko double pike on the vault.

She is doing things that literally no one else is even attempting. Why?

As she puts it so succinctly, “Because I can.”

Say what you will, but that is the hardest flex you can have. Periodt.

If you missed the move, check it out below, as well as some love from the former First Lady. And you know she is going to hold it down for the U.S.A. in the Olympics in a few months.

Just glad she is on our side.
