Parton’s bus, used by the Country superstar from 2008 - 2022 to travel nearly 360,000 miles for The Pure & Simple Tour across North America, has been acquired by Parton’s resort in Pigeon Forge, TN and is being made available for overnight stays.

Fans will have the opportunity to spend the night like a true Country queen as they enjoy amenities including a full-sized refrigerator, electric doors, a bath tub and other user-friendly features.

The bus has a unique design featuring three bunk beds instead of the standard six to create room for Parton’s show wardrobe and wig cabinet. Guests will also enjoy displays of Parton’s wardrobe, special hand-painted murals, jewel-toned pink and blue fabrics and decor.

“I have homes all over the United States, but my favorite place is the bus because that way I can just feel those wheels rolling,” Parton said in a statement. “I’m a true gypsy at heart.”

So what’s this once-in-a-lifetime experience cost? The starting price is $10,000, and in true Dolly fashion, it’s all for greater good. A portion of the profits from each stay will be donated to the Dollywood Foundation, which includes her Imagination Library.
