Tom Rickert is the assistant brand manager and director of podcasting at KYW Newsradio.
He joined KYW in 2011 after graduating from Temple University with a degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media. Tom served as an editor, writer, digital producer, HearPhilly program director, podcast producer, and fill-in reporter at KYW before transitioning into station management in 2021.
Tom is an award-winning audio producer and storyteller for KYW Newsradio -- his work has received multiple honors from the Regional Edward R. Murrow awards and the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters.
He grew up in West Chester, PA and now lives in Delaware County with his wife Michelle and their dachshund, Dublin.
