We've all learned the saying that the principal is your "pal," but one principal is really taking that to the best sort of extreme. Feel Good Friday story from N Charleston High School where Principal Henry Darby realized he wanted to do more to help his low-income students and their families. So he took a second job stocking shelves at a Walmart working overnight hours. Often that meant going straight from the school to Walmart.
When the community found out about Principal Darby's amazing show of generosity, the responded with another Feel Food story... they've started a Go Fund Me that's already (as I write this) over $18,000!!!! :)
I love a Feel Good Story that comes with another Feel Good Story!!!
