Chef Eric Cook is the Executive Chef and owner of 2 New Orleans restaurants: Gris Gris at 1800 Magazine St and Saint John at 1117 Decatur St. in the French Quarter.

He's a proud native New Orleanian and combat veteran, having spent 6 years in the Marine Corps. He's an advocate for military veterans and his city. We had a great chat for Foodie Friday!
