Chef Ryan Pearson returns to New Orleans after spending time most recently at Michelin starred Restaurant Daniel in New York City as well as Paris. But now that he's home, he is bringing those spectacular credentials and his wonderful flavors to re-open Couvant at The Eliza Jane Hotel.
What can you expect? French flavors, but with southern inspiration. I personally cannot wait to try crawfish gnocchi and the cochon de lait he tells me about! But listen below for the delicious sounding breakfast items they'll be serving and so much more. You will be as eager as I am!
