To see a whale ever would be amazing. But to see Orcas (aka Killer Whales) in the Gulf of Mexico is insane! Orca whales generally are only spotted in really cold waters. You can find them off the coast of Alaska and Washington State, but Texas???
These fishers were coming back from a trip off the coast of Galveston when they spotted what's estimated to be a pod of about 100 Orca whales. WOW! Where to next, whales? Lake Borgne? ;)
