Well, this is one way to make sure nobody drives into that pothole. An 8-foot traffic cone has popped up at Washington and Constance Uptown. That seems pretty big, but we all know our potholes can get pretty deep...let's hope this thing doesn't get eaten up.
So did the city have anything to do with this? Of course not. But someone did come up with a pretty good way to re-use that Mardi Gras gear.
