Wednesday was National Tortilla Chip day and also the day they released what dips were the "favorite" in each state. So what is it that we're all making all the time in Louisiana? I'm thinking something normal like a salsa recipe... maybe something very Louisiana like a crap dip or a Better Cheddar. Nope. Artichoke dip. What???? Do you ever make artichoke dip? Not *spinach* and artichoke dip, just the artichoke.
