Sara Bareilles is celebrating the tenth anniversary of her song “Brave” by giving back to the bravest ones of all -- child hospital patients.

In a collaboration with the non-profit Brave Gowns, Barielles is releasing her own line of decorated hospital gowns. Each gown is brightly colored and states, “I am Brave.” These designs, as compared to a hospital-provided gown, gives a sense of normalcy and positivity while patients undergo treatment. And there’s no doubt that every bit of support makes a huge difference in these children’s lives.
Making her announcement in an Instagram video post, Bareilles wrote, “as many of you know, BRAVE has become an anthem for the healthcare community, inspiring and uplifting patients and their families as they navigate the ups and downs of their health journey.”
“I am continually moved by the resilience and strength of the young patients in hospitals all over the country, and the amazing work done by healthcare facilitators and hospital staff on the front lines. That's why I'm so proud to be collaborating with @BraveGowns on their mission to bring love and support to every child on a healing journey.”
