New Orleans may be the city that care forgot, but I guess that doesn't mean we're going to be happy all the time. But could we really be LESS HAPPY THAN SHREVEPORT?!?!?
According to a new survey, we are less happy than Shreveport and 151 other cities. Well now I'm unhappy since I've heard that! New Orleans ranks at number 152 on the happiest city list. So where is everyone so stinkin' happy?
