Win An Avelo Airlines Flyaway

For the "Win An Avelo Airlines Flyaway" online contest, enter between 12:00 a.m. ET April 10, 2023 and 11:59 p.m. ET June 4, 2023, by clicking the appropriate contest entry link at magic1063.com/contests, and completing the online entry form. One entry per person during contest period. Sometime around 8:00 a.m. ET on June 5, 2023, ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received to that point, and upon verification, will each win one (1) trip package valued at approximately $569.98 and consisting of the following (the “Prize”): a flyaway trip package for two (2) that includes:

(a) Two (2) travel certificates from Avelo Airlines valid for domestic round-trip coach class airline tickets on Avelo Airlines to and from an Avelo Airlines Orlando, Florida (MCO) or New Haven, Connecticut (HVN) destination from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) for the Winner and one (1) guest inclusive of priority boarding for two (2), two (2) carry-on and two (2) checked bags and seat assignments for two (2) valued up to $20.00 per seat, based on availability at the time of booking. Redemption codes must be used with the same itinerary; they cannot be used separately. This travel authorization is a negotiable instrument and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired. Winner must contact the Avelo Airlines Customer Support Center to book, change, or cancel their flight itinerary with the Redemption Code provide upon prize fulfillment at 346-616-9500. Travel must be booked and flown by December 31, 2023. Stopover combinations and open tickets are not permitted. Outbound travel must commence on or before the expiration date. Avelo Airlines reserves the right to limit the number of seats available for travel. Class of service restrictions and blackout dates apply. No Frequent Flyer Miles will be awarded for this travel. This promotional authorization is non-transferable and has no redeemable cash value. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes will be paid when redeeming this authorization and making your reservation. This authorization may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, discount or offer. Customers will be required to provide positive identification. In the event of flight irregularity, alternate travel will be provided only on Avelo Airlines operated flights. Avelo Airlines assume no responsibility for any expenses or tax liability in conjunction with the use of this authorization including, but not limited to, expenses for accommodations, food or circumstances beyond the control of Avelo Airlines. This is valid on flights marketed and operated by Avelo Airlines. Each travel certificate is valued up to approximately $300.00 and is courtesy of Avelo Airlines;

(b) Two (2) general admission adult tickets valid for general admission into SeaWorld, Orlando, Florida, to be used by December 31, 2023. Tickets are valued at $134.99 each and are courtesy of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment;

There will be a total of ten (10) winners in this contest. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
