Patriots will be without Trent Brown vs. Jets

Ahead of the Patriots traveling to New Jersey for Sunday's game against the Jets, they have ruled out starting right tackle Trent Brown.

Brown suffered a calf injury in the loss to Miami last week and missed the first two practices of the week. He returned Friday, but ultimately will not play in the game.

Based on what we saw in practice this week, Yasir Durant is the top candidate to start in Brown's place.

Kyle Van Noy was ruled out on Friday with a throat injury.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. Sunday.
