Emily Ratajkowski is talking openly about her weight and how it relates to her mental health.
On a recent episode of her podcast, “High Low,” the actress and mother spoke with guest Mia Khalifa about how “trauma lives in the body.”
“When I’m really unwell, I lose so much weight,” Ratajkowski said. “I was down to 100 pounds recently, and it was really, really scary.”
She did go on saying she has put weight back on, explaining, “For me, it’s a huge game-changer, and it’s how I know I’m happy.”
Ratajkowski has recently made headlines for the beginnings of a high profile relationship with comedian Pete Davidson. E! News recently reported she finds the former “Saturday Night Live” cast member “charming.”
She is also the author of the New York Times Bestselling book “My Body.”
