AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- Stevie Nicks is canceling five remaining performances in 2021, including the upcoming Austin City Limits Music Festival, due to COVID-19.
Nicks made the announcement on Twitter Tuesday afternoon.
"While I'm vaccinated, at my age, I am still being extremely cautious and for that reason have decided to skip the 5 performances I had planned for 2021," Nicks wrote in the tweet.
ACL Fest officials confirmed the news in a tweet of their own, saying "lineup additions" would be coming soon.
Nicks is the second major headliner to fall off of the ACL lineup in recent days. Last week, hip-hop artist DaBaby was dropped from the lineup after homophobic comments made during a set in Miami.
