I got a call from a recruiter from a company I've always wanted to work for but my organization just sent me to an expensive training. Should I even explore this?

Companies should be investing in developing their employees and it doesn't happen often enough. So when it does, people might feel like they need to show their appreciation in ways beyond just doing their very best work. A good question to ask yourself is this: where have I seen loyalty to a corporation really benefit an employee?
