Michael J. Fox is feeling nostalgic after reuniting with a critical “Back to the Future” co-star without the use of a flux capacitor.

The 60-year-old actor posted a picture to his official Instagram of himself with Christopher Lloyd. He captioned the post, “Back to back.”

The snap showed the two men sitting in a golf cart as Fox put his thumbs up for the camera.

Lloyd, who was known for her role as Doc in the film, also shared a picture of the duo having a conversation while sitting on a set.

“Caption this…” the 82-year-old captioned the post.

This wasn’t the first time that Marty McFly and Doc Brown hung out.

In March of 2020, they both joined forces for a good cause in heartwarming shots posted to each of their Instagram accounts.

The duo met up at a poker tournament supporting the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Fox, 58, started the charity organization in 2000, nine years after he publicly announced he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at 29.

“Going 88mph for the @michaeljfoxorg Poker Night,” Lloyd captioned a photo that referenced the speed a Delorean must reach to time travel in the film. In the snap, the 81-year-old has his arm around Fox.

The “Family Ties” alum shared a slightly different photo alongside Lloyd and included the comment, “All in with @mrchristopherlloyd at @michaeljfoxorg Poker Night!”

The reunion pics come as “Back to the Future” was set to celebrate its 35th anniversary.

Released in July 1985, the film was a blockbuster hit and earned over $389 million at the box office. It spawned two sequels, “Back to the Future II” and “Back to the Future III,” which were shot back-to-back and released in 1989 and 1990, respectively.
