There's few roles in American as under-appreciated as the role of youth sports referee. Consistent verbal and sometime physical abuse from parents and coaches cause 70-percent of new referee's to quit the job within three years. Now, one referee's is starting to fight back by publicly shaming the offenders on Facebook. Brian Barlow is an Oklahoma youth soccer referee and he created the Facebook page "Offside" to showcase Parents behavior during youth sports. KCBS Radio's Stan Bunger and Susan Leigh Taylor spoke with him.
