Today we spoke with Stephanie McArdle, Executive Director of Beyond Soccer, a Massachusetts-based youth development organization that uses soccer as a gateway to academic success, leadership, and career readiness. Serving a predominantly low-income, Hispanic community, it provides a continuum of support from childhood through early adulthood. By combining athletics with education and mentorship, Beyond Soccer creates pathways for long-term opportunity and community impact.
