Good Vibe Tribe: Chasing Red Flags

This morning we met Ella Macduff. She and her mom Teri have turned a simple habit - journaling - into a Chasing Red Flags. They are focused on helping others slow down, reflect, and connect more meaningfully. While loneliness and mental health struggles are at an all time high, care is not always readily accessible, Teri and Ella wanted to find a way to help.
At a time when so many people are feeling overwhelmed by screens, social media, and the nonstop pace of life, Teri and Ella created Let's Get Real, a guided journal designed to encourage self-reflection and real conversations. They donate a portion of every journal sold to mental health organizations.
