Today we spoke with Sandra Nijjar from East Boston Community Soup Kitchen. They serve over 600 people weekly, distributing food, warm clothing, hygiene items, and offering essential services like housing aid and addiction recovery. Their mission extends beyond providing meals; they aim to close the gap in healthcare, education, and food access, fostering hope and recovery in their community.
