Today we spoke with Liz Nicol owner and head brewer of Drawdown Brewing Company who was just named US Brewer of the Year by VinePair. Liz, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, opened Drawdown in 2023 and quickly established the taproom as a welcoming, all inclusive and award-winning brewery. A space where you can root for your favorite WNBA team while cheering on drag queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race, and, of course, enjoying a delicious beer!
