This may be my favorite story of the year.
Two Sox fans left Fenway with a new friendship and their wallets a little more full.
According to WBZ, there were two men - one from Massachusetts and one from California. They were complete strangers until the ended up being seat neighbors at the game.
They each bought 50/50 tickets from the Red Sox Foundation and agreed to split the prize if they won.
Well, the unthinkable happened. The two new pals ended up winning $18,401 and split it right down the middle!
Look, all I'm saying is be nice to whoever is sitting next to you at Fenway and you may walk away with some cash and a new friend like these guys!
