Today we met an incredible warrior named Walker. Walker has been at Boston Children's Hospital since April. He needs a new heart and will stay there until he gets one. But that's not stopping this absolute force of nature. His mom Nicole told us a pretty amazing story about how love of Pokémon cards brought together Walker and his new buddy, Joe Jonas.
