Jason Momoa's on-screen superhuman characters have to fight off bad actors, but lately the "Game of Thrones" star has been fighting off rumors about his love life.
Weeks after officially announcing his split from ex-wife Lisa Bonet, the “Aquaman” star was hit with rumors after being seen talking with actress Kate Beckinsale at an Oscars afterparty.
HuffPost reported that Momoa and Beckinsale were spotted chatting closely at an afterparty with Momoa offering the “Underworld” actress his coat, leading some fans to wonder if there was a spark between the two.

Now, a week after the Oscars, at the premiere for the new Jake Gyllenhaal action movie, “Ambulance,” Momoa sought to put a cork in the rumors.
While deeming the gossip “crazy,” he explained to Extra that the two were merely talking about Beckinsale’s native country, England, as Momoa was there recently shooting “Aquaman 2.”
As far as his wraps offering? “No, no, it was chivalry,” claimed the actor. “it was cold.” He continued, explaining that after his interaction with the "Underworld" star he found her “very nice. I was being very nice."
Momoa reiterated that he was "just being a gentleman" before noting that "now, I am not giving my coat to anyone."

As for any hopes of a reconciliation between him and Bonet, Momoa set the record straight on that last month. When asked about reuniting with Bonet at the Oscars, Momoa’s eyebrows shot up as he stated, "Oh no, no. We’re family. We have two beautiful children together. We’re not getting back together. But we’re family forever."
