Summer Walker is responding positively to feedback about her new hairstyle. Yesterday the R&B singer debuted a drastic haircut on Instagram. “Legit wanted this hair style my whole life”, she captioned the picture.

In response to fan-made comments, the “Girls Need Love” singer reposted an image of Goro from Mortal Kombat with a similar hairdo. “FIERCE hunny”, she captioned the newly uploaded photo. As of late, Walker has been posting simultaneously to her main and secondary Instagram accounts.
She revealed her freshly shaved head on her alternative IG profile. “It’s all about symmetry and the perfect head shape. I thought it looked epic fwd and otherworldly! F*** conventional beauty standards!!!!”, singer-songwriter Kes commented.
Last week, Walker began promoting her new audio series on the Mindet app to connect more with fans. “I’ve had to deal with people thinking I’m weird all my life. But through my struggles and doubt, I’ve learned to love my natural self and tune everything else out,” she wrote on Instagram.
“And that’s why I created a Mindset audio series. I hope that through my episodes, you’ll learn that we aren’t all that different, and I hope you find inspiration in my stories to love yourself the way you are.”
